Conditions of warranty repair of equipment:

1. The Leader ™ Service Center provides warranty service for the subscriber’s cellular equipment in accordance with the terms of the contracts with manufacturers or equipment suppliers. The owner of the equipment is entitled to warranty service of the equipment if:

• The warranty period has not expired.
• IMEI, model, color and configuration correspond to the base of sold phones under warranty.
• The malfunction in the operation of the equipment did not arise due to the Owner’s negligence.
• It was not a result of the use of equipment not for its intended purpose or in accordance with the operating rules.
• Did not arise when the equipment is exposed to moisture or liquid.
• It did not become a consequence of getting into the equipment of other substances and creatures.
• It was not the result of other violations of the rules of operation..

2. The use of accessories not authorized by the manufacturer may disrupt the equipment, and is an infringement of the operating rules, which invalidates any warranties for the equipment.

3. The warranty for the equipment is lost when trying to open it or repair it in another service center.

4. The maximum period of warranty repair of equipment is 14 working days from the date of contacting the Service Center Leader ™.

Warranty 12 – 36 months is granted for original, certified by Ukrchastotnadzor UA UCRF; With a guarantee of 12 – 36 months from representative offices of manufacturing companies. Service is carried out in the corresponding service centers authorized by these firms.

Package contents required:

• mobile phone, battery, charger;
• original box;
• manual;
• warranty card with addresses and phone numbers of service centers that produce free warranty service.
